Account

  • Can I use PDF Candy without an account?

    Yes, all tools are available without registration. However, the usage will be limited until you sign up or subscribe.
  • Why am I not receiving the sign up verification code?

    Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, whitelist our email address support@icecreamapps.com or request re-sending of the email with the code. Alternatively, you may submit a tech support ticket here. Google and Apple account sign up is supported as well.
  • What if I forgot my login email?

    Check if you’re logged in on any device. If you are, go to the “Profile” section to see the email. If you don’t have access, please reach out to our support team.
  • Can I use my account on multiple devices?

    Yes, you can log in to your profile on different devices. Just make sure you’re using the same login credentials.
  • What are the benefits of a paid subscription?

    A paid plan removes hourly limitations, increases file size per task up to 500 MB, provides even faster execution, and batch processing. Learn more about available paid plans here.
  • How can I update my profile details?

    Go to “Profile” to edit your name, see the email preferences, or manage your account.

    We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and some regional options depending on your location.
  • How can I get a paid subscription?

    Visit the “Pricing” page, choose your plan, and complete the payment.
  • Can I switch between plans?

    You can upgrade your subscription to a new tier in the Plan tab of your account dashboard.
  • Do I need to renew my subscription?

    No, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. Renewal notification will be sent by email in advance.
  • Do you offer refunds?

  • What should I do if I was charged incorrectly?

  • Are my files safe when I upload them to PDF Candy?

    Yes. They are transferred via secure HTTPS connections using TLS/SSL protocols and are protected with 256-bit AES encryption during upload, processing, and storage. Read more about the security measures here.
